Baden-Baden is stunning. the hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff super helpful. The location is ideal, close to the town center but tranquil enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Free car parking was a bonus too.

Despite the great view, the room was stifling without any air conditioning, making sleep a challenge in the heat. Water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, which was inconvenient, and breakfast options felt a bit limited when compared to what you might expect at this kind of place. Plus, navigating the steep climb back up to the hotel after an evening out might pose a challenge for those who aren't as mobile.

When I arrived, the fridge in my room wasn’t working, leading to a room change. The breakfast spread left a lot to be desired, lacking variety and alignment with the hotel’s class. dealing with the heat was tough as there was no air conditioning or fan, making the room feel sauna-like.

It was just an appropriate option for a flash visit in Baden-Baden with definitely value for money. The room size was massive with a nice balcony to enjoy the views. Try to avoid busy times to enjoy a quieter stay.

The staff were super friendly and helped a lot, even gave me this cool visitors card for discounts around town. The balcony view from my room was something else, sat there with a glass of wine, just taking it all in.
